The company conducted two training courses
As part of its plan to enhance the skills of employees, the company conducted two training courses. The first course was on " Optimization of composite cement clinker " which was held during the period from 16 December 2018 to 20 December 2018. The other course was conducted for 5 days on" Kiln operation problem and Remedies " from 23 December to 27 December 2018,
The first course was attended by a number of technicians from the Production and Quality control departments, which focused on the proper chemical composition of the raw materials and its impact on operation and quality and understanding the effect of the basic units on the quality of clinker.
Also a number of engineers & supervisors from the Production and Maintenance Departments participatedin the course ’’ Kiln operation problem and Remedies " The course objectives aimed to provide the employee with the skills and knowledge on how to deal with the technical problems related to the operation of furnaces, how to deal with these problems and methods of sustainability of operations in the furnaces.
